[HFbeacons] Beacons into DM43 for November 4

Finally got a chance to make a run though the band driving home from work
this afternoon in an Arizona dust storm. Band was very noisy, a smattering
of AM intruders, and a short list of beacons but a few making it through.

28.2615 N4VBV C SUMTER,SOUTH CAROLINA
28.2934 ND4Z C GILBERT,SOUTH CAROLINA
Rx: Alinco DX-70 mobile with cut down base loaded CB whip.
WB5DYG/B operates on 28.2118 with three watts into an attic mounted
vertical.
