Hello Ron Thanks for the info, had a quick look at the web site which is
still working ok.
One thing that cought my eye in the ant. photograph was that perhaps a few
quarter wave radial wires on the floor of the attic
may improve the ant. radiation pattern.
Bill and the other W5's & 4's seem to be slowly getting weaker during the
last week or so.

Hi Colin,
My apologies for taking so long to answer, been a real busy couple of weeks and
I am just now catching up on emails. Interesting that you have not heard the
beacon, it is actually on a vertical antenna (cut down CB continuously loaded
whip) mounted in the attic. Certainly hard to predict the pattern off of it
with all the variables up there. I am actually amazed it gets out the way it
does! I certainly appreciate you keeping an ear out for it.

Note the web site is going down at that link in a couple of weeks. My ISP is
doing away with their web space service. I am going to have to find someplace
