[hencny] Home Schooling 9th Grader

We will be home schooling a 9th grader using Keystone National High School.
However, Keystone does not offer physical education.  I am looking for a
physical education plan that I can submit as part of my Home Instruction
Plan.  Does anyone have a sample?
