Thanks to everyone for a great day of birding. I hadn’t expected to see this
many waterfowl in May.

As many of you know, the PALO was still present at SRR this evening (this
picture taken at 6:00pm) and was very close to the near shore of the parking
area. Still in the company of a common loon. Also present was a horned grebe,
yellow warblers, a spotted sandpiper, purple martins, rough-winged swallows,
and others.
I hope everyone had a great birding day and that you can get out to SRR and
take a peek!
