I seem to recall that we were going to bring a volunteer trainee to every NAC

Volunteers only get meals - lunch and a dinner voucher. We can probably swing
breakfast if she is staying in the same hotel, but that is TBD.
As for your arrival, you can come a day earlier, but we prefer that it is just
you and not Diego, to save on expenses.

1. One of my crew member, Angela Less, is a volunteer. I understand that her
airfare, lodging, breakfast and lunch at the venues are covered. Please confirm.
2. My Crew will arrive as early as possible on transition day (July 1). Like
last year, I will need to arrive at least a day earlier to be able for briefing
and to take over from first half head tech. It saved a lot of time and trouble
last year. Please confirm that Diego and I will be traveling together in
advance of the crew.
