Just a reminder that September's meeting will be at Sanctuary Inc. on
Thursday 9/22/11 at noon. Please use the 9th Street entrance. Lunch
will be provided.
I've attached the minutes from last month's meeting for your review.
For those who couldn't attend last month, this will give you an overview
of everything that was discussed. If any of you find mistakes or
omissions, please let me know as soon as possible so I can make
corrections.
I've also included the agenda for September. If you have any items you
wish to add, again please let me know as soon as possible.
The third attachment is the most recent copy of the council's by-laws
and constitution. Thanks so much to Marsha Parker for digging these out
for us!! I've highlighted a few areas that we may want to consider
amending. Please review if you have an opportunity, and we can address
any concerns during the meeting.
Finally, we will be taking nominations for Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary
and Treasurer. Please think about who you would like to see fill these
posts.
I apologize for getting this information to all of you so late. I will
have copies of all of this available Thursday as well.
