[hashcash] hashcash 1.22 problems

Hi,

I just finished benchmarks on an Intel P4 2.4GHz (run from a DOS-window
inside Windows 2000 SP4).
Version 1.22 doesn't seem to work very well in my computer. I downloaded
both http://www.hashcash.org/binaries/win32/hashcash-1.22-win32-exe.zip
and hashcash.exe frmo same folder.

My old copy of version 1.18 works, so at the end is my addition to the
list of benchmarks.
