I tested KMail with hashcash-sendmail this morning.  It worked.  I wound up
finding and fixing a couple of bugs in the process.

Unfortunately, I don't see any way to get Mozilla mail to do anything other
than SMTP.  Evolution would let me use sendmail, but it wouldn't let me
specify the sendmail path.
