In the desktop when you pack a pojo, you create a <app>.POJO file.

When this is run from a disk, it is placed in the active desktop POJO section.

And then one can either run it again from *any* other POJO file of the same name or from the desktop.

ie... when you run a POJO file it is only installed ONCE....
So if you update it, you have to delete the file in the POJO section of the active desktop.
Only then will the next run of that POJO file "take".

Its designed like this because POJO files with there documents can become large, and if say a user makes a shortcut to a POJO file, it must be responsive...

POJO files only install the first time they run... thats the way they designed
