[openbeos] quoted-printable problems

Ok, I'm getting seriously annoyed with the =3D3F's now. Who's in charge
of the list server account=3F
This is from the freelists.org FAQ, should fix the problem:

If you see these characters whenever you post to your list, chances are
you've got a quoted-printable problem. To fix the problem, set the
following
options:
humanize-mime =3D false
humanize-quotedprintable =3D true
Those funky "=3D2E" characters will be replaced with their actual
character.
