in fact, the problem was there were "/" directories in some pref folders. I had
the exact same problem as you.
I asked to Michael Phipps to add these ones to a future SF remove request and
it seems there are gone now (thanks Michael)
I think you should try again.
BTW, the FAT driver for beos seems to broke the case of filenames. You may want
to zip your downloaded repository under windows and restore it under BeOS.
You'll have the right filenames.
