[openbeos] on the question of including GPL code

I can't see the problem with having GPL applications as part of openBeos.
just because you have a GPL application, does not force openBeos to be GPL.
It just means that that particular application (eg KHTML) will remain under
GPL, while other parts of openBeos would be BSD, or Be sample software
licence, etc
