FYI:
There is still a "makehaikufloppy" script in the root of the trunk
which can supposedly be used to create floppies including an image
suitable for CD booting also (use --help for usage info).
Unfortunately it is designed to make a floppy image FROM a running
Haiku install. I recently modified the script on my system to make an
image using the generated/objects/... location instead, and it seemed
to succeed but I have yet to actually test it (I will try and remember
to do this soon).
