[openbeos] PearPC port for PPC fans

That's mainly for Axel, I ported PearPC
( http://pearpc.sf.net ) to BeOS.
my patch is in the cvs already, but you'll need some
(3 iirc) files from the libroot source archive from
ftp.be.com (ugly WCHAR stuff).

I'm not sure it would boot OBOS at all,
but I'm sure Axel will try that :)
