[openbeos] No-meta Terminal

Hi,
I added a flag for removing the menu shortcuts in Terminal, but Meta-
... still doesn't work, like the default Emacs bindings (Meta-B for
back a word, etc.).
Haven't looked through the source to see if I can fix it, though. I can
send a patch for what I've got, however. Anyone interested?
