Not sure I understand this completely. :)
In any case, for me this works:
mount -t nfs4 -p "192.168.178.3:volume1" /DiskStation

while this:
mount -t nfs4 -p "192.168.178.3:/mnt/volume1" /DiskStation
results in:
mount: Invalid Argument
