Oh, Ingo, you may never learn that not everyone knows everything that you know. :-) You ask the questions that you ask because you know what you would do in these circumstances (check the archives, contact the list administrator, etc.). No doubt I would have done exactly what Koki did ... except that now I know better as a result of reading your informative message. But why chastise? Why not just inform? :-) People just want to be reassured that they have not lost touch with their peers. Who wants to worry about being left out?
