Since Haiku's kernel drivers currently link against "kernel.so" instead 
of "_KERNEL_" like in BeOS, you have to specifically compile them for 
BeOS.
If you have the developer tools installed, and the Haiku source ready, 
it would work like this:
$ TARGET_PLATFORM=r5 jam vmware vmware.accelerant
