May I suggest we have it so that current builds replace older builds, but if
current builds do not build, the next-newest build that still actually built
shows up for download at the factory?

That is, if the boot floppy package hasn't built properly in a while, the most
recent one that did actually build should be still available.

I don't know if it's the greatest idea to put this in the big 10 MB file, but
for the indivdual packages it makes a lot of sense, especially for the ones
that may happen to be borked frequently or for awhile.
