Hi there,at BeGeistert I learned how to use UserBuildConfigs for building/installing from Linux and that e.g.
"jam -q @disk update-all" would build/install Haiku using my disk-profile without wiping my home folder. Axel (or Ingo? Can't remember...) mentioned that "jam -q @disk kernel" would likewise only update the kernel of my installation. Now I'm wondering what other components can I update/install without touching the rest of the system. I've been looking through some files in /haiku/build/jam/ for a definition of possible terms, but haven't found it.
Can anyone give some directions? Thanks! Regards, Humdinger -- --=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-=--=-- Deutsche Haiku News @ http://haiku-gazette.blogspot.com
