That's all, but it may not work and, more importantly won't give you
the latest revision as the kernel and all boot modules are part of the
boot image.
We're still under development, and the boot loader is part of it. Older
boot loaders *won't* work with newer kernels, as there have been
changes made to the boot protocol. This might happen at any time in the
future.
If you want to create a live CD *always* make sure to build everything
anew.
