[openbeos] [ANN] App_Server Prototype #3 Released

Hello all! I've got my latest test prototype finished, and I am thankful that
it's done!
It does everything my second one did and more. The next one (which will
take quite a while) will be a large step forward beyond this one, but it will
take a little more
research before I can get to coding it. There are a few more things that I
don't quite understand yet, but I'm close. If you'd like to see it, you can
