[haiku-web] update Ubuntu Build document

Can someone update the Ubuntu Build document created originally by Ryan
Leavengood to include the new YASM requirement?

I've used these instructions on 7.04, 7.10, 8.04, 8.10, 9.04 beta and they
all seem to work, It's just the new yasm requirement that needs adding.

Also, for this type of correction should I a) File a trac ticket and/or b)
contact the original author first?
