[haiku-sysadmin] Move of Webkit/Webpositive to baron

Hi guys,
Just to inform you. mmlr had to move the webkit svn repository and
trac instances. I moved the repository to vmsvn:
/srv/svn/repos/webpositive. I also moved their Trac instance to vmdev:
/srv/trac/webpositive.haiku-os.org. The svn repository is also
mirrored on vmdev using svnsync.
