[haiku-i18n] Using OptiPNG to reduce image filesize

Hi there!

I suspect many will start to localize the user guide screenshots one of 
these days - if you haven't started already. I'd like to point you to a 
nice little tool: "OptiPNG" [1].
With the amount of images in the guide, times the growing number of 
translations, we should try everything to keep filesizes down.
With "optipng -o7 [Filenames]" reductions of sometimes 30% aren't 
uncommon.

I suggest to put this in a reminder in the instructions at your i18n 
wiki pages. I put it under "StyleGuide" in a general "Images" chapter, 
advising to use a roughly equally large image as the original, to keep 
the file name and format and to use OptiPNG to optimize PNGs.
