[haiku-i18n] Translation freeze for alpha3 on Sunday

Hi all!

We'll have a freeze for R1/alpha3 of all translations at HTA and the 
user guide site tomorrow, Sunday 12th, 16:00 GMT [1].

Until then it's time for last changes and improvements and to get those 
pesky "fuzzies" at the user guide site solved... Please, everyone have 
a look at those sites to see your language is in shape for alpha3.
