I just added Ukrainian to http://userguide.haikuzone.net as target for
a new translation and made user "totish" language manager. For possibly
missing write permissions for the wiki at
http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/i18n/uk_UA/Info
you'll have to contact Matt Madia.
So, this means you're ready to go!
