[haiku-doc] User guide with font-size: 0.9em

Hi there!
I'm constantly appalled when I see our user guide on another screen than my own notebook
(which is quite hi-res with 1680x1050 on 15,4"). The font size is much too big.
I suggest to put a "font-size: 0.9em" in the content section of the CSS, which improves
things IMO.
