And if they do repeatedly and in bad ways, they should have their
commit access revoked.
Most things are common sense, if you are unsure you should ask others first.
I think we have a quite high bar for getting commit access, and would
see it lowered a bit,
maybe with an initial period with guidelines or 'restrictions'.
