I just updated the .bep and patch files for git to 1.7.7.2 over on
Haikuports.  I tried a few things to get the .gitconfig file to move
away from ~/ but it hasn't budged yet, (patches welcome).  Looks like
the documentation is on the Haiku site is wrong as it's saying the
config info will end up in ~/.git, I'm setting it in ~/.gitconfig, at
least with 1.7.7.2 that is.
