I say, we should dispose of most of BeBuild.h. In the foreseeable future
we're not going to support any compiler other than gcc, which renders most
of the current contents superfluous. Beside the version macros
(B_BEOS_VERSION* and probably a new B_HAIKU_VERSION* scheme), it should
only contain definitions of the macros _UNUSED, _PACKED, _IMPORT, and
_EXPORT. We need to replace the header anyway, as it bears Be's copyright.
