Firstly, i am no representative of the Haiku community but, i would love
to welcome you to the community :). I'm sure you'll enjoy every moment
of it.
Secondly, there is a specific mailing list for documentation related
things available at:

Thirdly, thank you. Hopefully this will help the slow size increase of
such a wonderful community, and allow even more people to enjoy an
awesome OS, even before Haiku is rock solid ;).
