[haiku-development] OptionalPackages rebuilt for R1A2

All of the OptionalPackages in groups 0-2 have now been rebuilt for
R1A2, there's still several in groups 3 and 4 that could use a
refreshed build, though this isn't required. Here's the status wiki
page for this:
http://dev.haiku-os.org/wiki/R1/Alpha2/OptionalPackages
If the owners/maintainers of there would like to get a refreshed build
into R1A2, you should get moving on it now. Be sure to update the
wiki page if/when you update a package.
