[haiku-development] Maintainers -> Past maintainers

Hi there,

I've been looking over the list of maintainers in AboutSystem and
spotted a few names that haven't been active in a longish time (maybe I
have overlooked someone):

Karsten Heimrich
Maurice Kalinowski
Euan Kirkhope
Michael Pfeiffer (got his confirmation not being a maintainer anymore)
Andrej Spielmann
Artur Wyszyński

Should we move those into the "Past maintainers" category? We can always
re-instate them when they become involved again, of course. But until
then, a pruned list would reflect the currently active (more or less,
nudge, nudge :) ) team more accurately.

Whatcha think?
