I don't know about the hardware side. But on the software side, there
are a few things.

You could download some apps from haikuware.com and try them out. If
they crash or don't work, then that would be a bug in haiku. You
should then report it in the haikuware comments and then make a new
ticket on dev.haiku.org, and link that in the haikuware comments.

Help porting things, by going to ports.haiku-files.org , and signing
up to the user mailing list and suggesting things. Or testing the
downloads to see if they work. Even better you could see if you can
compile software listed in the port logs.

It would be great if someone could download the development branch of
"Bam!" via SVN  and see if they can compile it.
