I'd like to explain it away as my own error but I don't think it is.
I'm using nightly 50094 to silence warnings in the build, presently in
the exr graphics format translator. I somehow botched my efforts so I
made a backup tarball of the extra directory, then from
haiku/src/add-ons/translators I did a "git checkout" exr.
Oddly the warnings were much quicker to fix. I am suspicious of that.
I then enabled "-Werror" in haiku/build/jam/architecturerules and then
did "jam" in the haiku directory. I got a complaint that
exr/openexr/ilmimf/ImfAutoArray.h could not be found.
It doesn't turned up in my history, I don't think I deleted it.
However today I have a bad cold, I've been making lots of
typographical mistakes, maybe I did something but then shouldn't it
show in my history?
Could git have failed to check out a fresh copy?
I shut down my VM. To just abandon my changes and install a new
nightly would not be terribly costly.
Is there a way I could diagnose this? If you think it's a bug I will
report it but it would be hard to reproduce.
