I'd like to propose Yongcong Du for commit access. (I'm still not done
with reviewing the final code for GSoC and given my limited time I
really don't want to Yongcong to wait longer because of me.)

Why do I want Yongcong to have commit access:
* Excellent hardware knowledge, which would benefit us greatly, see
http://cgit.haiku-os.org/haiku/commit/?id=hrev44025 for a fix on a
longstanding bug.
* Interested in power saving / ACPI / low level and fills a niche
where we need more devs.
* Excellent communication skills, can motivate decisions and reasons
and also take feedback.
The commit messages shows this quite well
https://github.com/yongcong/haiku/commits?author=yongcong
* Code is of good quality, and follows guidelines well, still need a
bit more feedback on minor Haiku API / style issues
* Also has good knowledge of *BSD.

All in all, I think Yongcong Du would be a great addition as a kernel
developer.
Sounds great and looks good :)
