[haiku-depot-web] Update; Bug Fix

Hello; Unfortunately there is currently a bug in the HPKR import that came from the migration work for Java 8. I've just patched for this and there's a new version under tag "haikudepotserver-1.0.40"; Oliver would you please deploy that once you get a moment.
