I haven't read anything to that effect yet. I believe also the word superuser 
I've only seen in the "Rationale" sections and when referring to System V or 
some BSD version. The normative sections only seem to speak of privileged users 
and processes. Probably to avoid restricting the user/security model more than 
necessary.
