It doesn't. Ticket #3 about memory resources as well as ticket #4 about 
IO ports still stand. There's hoping that those won't be as far fetching 
as #5, but they very well may be. If that is the case configuration of 
those resources via ACPI should be added as well. I can't really tell 
how much effort that'd take, but I'm confident that having all of the 
interrupt routing and the corresponding support functions should make 
implementing these at least easier.
