I'm looking on the endless "networktime catkeys story" and think that these empty catkeys are like cockroaches - will be anyway comitted from time to time so it have no sense to make the extra noise in the commit logs of the trunk, especially for actively translated languages. Obvious that release branch must be "deinsecticized" from this useless stuff of course.
