Hi Brecth!

Is this scratching a personal itch, or an actual split-
standard for Belgian keymaps?

I think keymaps is an area where we should not include
personal or non-standard entries, but instead allow for
easily applying keymaps distributed by a third party.
E.g. by having a Keymap filetype open with the Keymap
preferences, and be applied, when opened from Tracker.

/Jonas.
