+1 for the former. The latter style gets really unreadable when there're
two consecutive acronyms in an identifier. But even with only one
readability is significantly worse.

I agree on the readability. But since this affects mostly class names, I don't think that this is a sufficient argument: Our current API is full of counter examples like ID vs. Id -- and I would really like to stay consistent. I think Qt uses the QUrl style everywhere, while Java is completely inconsistent which I find very annoying.

Subword navigation also works better with the former.

That actually depends on your editor; Eclipse does it alright, Pe not yet.
