This is hrev45428.
The Network preflet doesn't reflect changes to the list of interfaces.
To reproduce:
* Open the preflet
* ifconfig del /dev/net/ipro1000/0 ifconfig /dev/net/foo/0 up
Same applies to NetworkStatus.
