Using an application window in Haiku requires two clicks: one click to
focus the window and one click to perform an action.
The Tracker windows do not follow this behaviour. Instead, they accept the
first click.
To reproduce: Open a Terminal window. Open a Tracker window. With the
Tracker window in focus, click on the menubar in the Terminal window. The
menubar does not respond. With the Terminal window in focus, click on the
menubar in the Tracker window. The menubar responds. The expected
behaviour is for the Tracker window to gain the focus but the menubar to
not respond.
