#8242: multilib problem when building m68k buildtools on Linux 32-bit --------------------------+------------------------------ Reporter: luroh | Owner: bonefish Type: enhancement | Status: new Priority: normal | Milestone: R1 Component: Build System | Version: R1/Development Keywords: | Blocked By: Blocking: | Has a Patch: 0 Platform: m68k | --------------------------+------------------------------ IRC user OmniMancer found the problem why the m68k buildtools fail to build on 32-bit Linux systems; 'configure' tries to create some 64-bit libraries. This can be worked around by installing, in my case, the libc6-dev-amd64 meta package, but that's not a very elegant solution. Google tells me there might be a --disable-multilib option available that we possibly could pass to GCC somehow. -- Ticket URL: <http://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/8242> Haiku <http://dev.haiku-os.org> Haiku - the operating system.
