Added patch ("GLTeapot.patch") for TeapotWindow.cpp and Jamfile to
localize GLTeapot. I didn't patch GLObject.cpp because the menus are not
included in GLTeapot (as far as I'm aware of).
Please, have a look at the Jamfile, I'm not sure if I have to add "locale"
- it wasn't included so far and GLTeapot was partially localized before.
