r41168 gcc4hybrid, the installoptionalpackage script tries to download
"lua-5.1.4-x86-gcc4-2010-10-31.zip" from haiku-files.org, but that file
doesn't exist, in fact the latest gcc4 package of lua is called
"lua-5.1.4-x86-gcc4-2010-10-30.zip".
