I've modified usb_hid to enable Tablet devices on Haiku. There are some
bugs plugging/unplugging devices, but maybe someone can spot it faster
than me. Tested with a pair of Trust digitizers (uc-logic and waltop
chipsets), a nextwindow touchscreen and a Smart digital whiteboard.
