I can find no such ticket. Do you want to create one, ringmaster?
I only see the flickering with the ActivityMonitor replicant; Workspaces,
Clock and OverlayImage don't. Maybe it's related to ActivityMonitor's
general flickery drawing (which annoys me no end). Or it's some alpha
blending issue...?
